Supervision with integrity and insight – Child and Adolescent Mental Health

Hi Chris,
I just wanted to thank you for the extensive work you have done in providing Reflective Practice Supervision over 5 years across the Acute Inpatient Child and Adolescent Mental Health Inpatient Units, as well as Jacaranda Place.
The clinical teams provide exceptional care for young people and families, and I know the staff really value the time spent with you to help ensure they can continue to do so as best they can.

Thank you, Emma Hart. Nursing Director, Child & Youth Mental Health Service.

Chris Dawber is an individual of great sensitivity, compassion and skill in reflective practice. I found working with him to establish and embed Reflective Practice Groups in our acute adolescent and child mental health units enlightening and rewarding. I continue to see the benefits of reflective group supervision now in our adolescent extended care unit where clinicians provide clinically complex care to young people from across Queensland.

Samantha Jones. Assistant Director of Nursing AETC, Jacaranda place.
